These terms and conditions apply to all use of the Het Kasboek platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Het Kasboek reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice.

Service

Het Kasboek provides online accounting software for Dutch entrepreneurs. The service includes invoice creation, expense tracking, VAT calculation, and tax overview features. We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Payment

Het Kasboek costs EUR 9 per month, billed monthly via Stripe. The first 14 days are free. You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your account remains accessible until the end of the billing period.

Liability

Het Kasboek is an accounting tool and does not provide tax advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your financial data and tax filings. Het Kasboek is not liable for any errors in tax calculations or filings made using our platform.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time via Settings. Het Kasboek reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
